Phoebe Scoutari is a London-based composer, music producer, singer/songwriter and flautist with a first class BA degree in Music, Technology and Performance at De Montfort University.
Emotionally driven and with deep attention to storytelling, her music can be heard across multiple projects. Most recent works include the shoe brand commercial ESENES Worldwide, award winning short film Eclissi Di Terra on Rai Italia, Nadia short film which premiered at the festival del cinema europeo 2025 and Dear Darlene short film in the official selection of the London Independent Film Festival 2025.
Phoebe has also composed for theatre with her work showcasing at the CMMAS Visiones Sonoras Festival in Mexico and business centre LCB Depot. She’s been featured on songs with BBC Introducing appearances and commissioned dance work in partnership with the Arts Council, as well as jingle work for a book.
